Really, it is as simple as that. I am still marveling of how utterly simple it is.
I have read several blogs and saw a French cooking show demonstrate the simplicity of the "miracle boule" and I thought, heck, I can do that and voile! I did. I used this recipe to create this wonderful boule. One of the great things I love about it is the that there are no preservatives, yes, less of a shelf life, but the bread really doesn't last more then two days in my house, so it is not an issue. Once you get the pattern of the time down, you can whip this up in your sleep.
